TARIFF STRUCTURE

In studio classes – R110 per class

Minimum of 4 sessions per month. Classes are strictly booked and paid in advance every month. Credit valid for that calendar month only. Missed classes can be made-up within that same month, with any of the other classes (both online and in studio) wherever a spot is available.

Our classes are tailor-made to focus on the specific needs of every client as well as the exercising group. There is limit of 7 people per class to ensure individual attention and instruction.

Important note: non-slip socks are recommended, a training towel is compulsory.

Pilates – The aim of Pilates is to improve functional strength and joint stability. Exercises concentrate on building strength, optimising posture and to increase balance and flexibility. The exercises are done at low to moderate intensity, and are adapted to the level of the class participants. There are a maximum of 7 participants per class so that we can give individual attention to individual needs.

Runners – Every runner knows that it doesn’t just take lungs and a heart to run. If you want to improve, set new personal bests or do that hill or downhill faster, something has to change. Our runners’ classes focus on all the different aspects of being that faster runner. We build your running engine.

Golfers – All golfers want to hit the ball harder, further and with more accuracy. Targeted mobilisation and strengthening exercises are combined to help you achieve those goals. This class is not currently active, but if you want to attend this one, bring at least 2 buddies along and we will get you going.

Core strengthening – These classes focus on the endurance athlete.  If you are preparing for stage races, triathlons or if you want to maximise your personal strength and endurance, these classes are for you.

Office workers – The stable tires a horse more than the road does, the saying goes. This is true of every activity with prolonged periods of sitting. When the stress of deadlines and strained interpersonal relationships are added to the inactivity, you end up with headaches and a stiff, sore and tired body. In these classes we counter all of the above, and we teach you how to move and stretch during office hours. This class is not currently active, but if you want to attend this one, bring at least 2 buddies along and we will get you going.
